Hollywood Self Storage Terms of Service

1. Rental Agreement
By subscribing to our storage services, you agree to pay monthly fees as specified. Rental is month-to-month with no long-term contract required.

2. Payment Terms
Monthly fees are due in advance and will be automatically charged to your payment method. Late fees may apply for overdue payments. Military personnel receive waived deposits.

3. Access and Security
You will receive facility access upon confirmed payment. 24/7 access is provided to indoor climate-controlled units. You are responsible for securing your own belongings within the unit.

4. Prohibited Items
Storage of hazardous materials, illegal substances, perishable items, or anything that may cause damage or odor is strictly prohibited.

5. Liability
Hollywood Self Storage is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to stored items. We recommend obtaining insurance for your belongings.

6. Termination
Your rental agreement is over as soon as you cancel your subscription. Hollywood Self-Storage will give no less than 60 days if we need to cancel your lease or 15 days if you are in violation of our terms and services. Units must be emptied and cleaned upon termination.

7. Lien Rights
In accordance with Maryland law, unpaid fees may result in lien placement and eventual auction of stored contents.

8. Auction Period and Contact
Your items may be auctioned after 60 days from the last payment. It is your responsibility to ensure payment is received. We will make 1 attempt via phone or email to reach you regarding your account. If you do not respond before 60 days after your last payment, your account is terminated and your storage unit will be auctioned off.

9. Facility Rules
All customers must comply with facility rules and regulations. Inappropriate behavior may result in termination of rental agreement. Destruction of the facility is the expense of the customer.
